How to acquire error logs

Question:

When I reported an error that was detected I was asked to acquire an error log.

Answer:

**iPad**
Open the application settings and follow "General" → "Information" → "Diagnostics/Usage" → "Diagnostic/Usage Data".
(For iOS8 "Privacy"→"Diagnostics/Usage"→"Diagnostic/Usage Data")

From the errors list, from the entries with the following format, open the data with the date closest to when the error occurred.
* LoiLoNote_date
* LowMemory_date
Open the data, copy all of the contents and paste them in an email.

**Windows store version**
Open the following folder in Explorer:
%LocalAppData%\Packages\LoiLoinc.51956F723A3DD_34ar5jrfcn704\LocalState\
Compress the following as zip files etc. and attach them to an email.
LoiLoNote_School.log
LoiLoNote_School.log.bak

**Windows side loading version**
Open the following folder in Explorer:
%LocalAppData%\Packages\LoiLoinc.51956F723A3DD.s1_7ayn994039why\LocalState\
Compress the following as zip files etc. and attach them to an email.
LoiLoNote_School.log
LoiLoNote_School.log.bak
