Changed a mail address used at purchace, so cannot log-in

After disk crash, I re-installed LoiLoScope and want to download my license file again. I have changed the internet provider, so I cannot log in to My Page with the new mail address and the new password.

Answer:

If you remember both the old mail address and the old password, you can download your license file with them.

It is highly recommended you will update your profile with both your new mail address and a new password by logging in with the old mail address and the old password.

But, in a case you lost one of these or both, you need to provide valid evidence of your purchase to LoiLo Support. The evidence should include the old mail address, the date of purchase, Order ID, Name used, and or the way of purchase.
